Our approach to your recovery

Patient education is a critical part of successful rehabilitation. When you understand your injury — and how treatment works — recovery is significantly faster.

  1. 1

    Detailed assessment

Your therapist starts with structured questioning, then a detailed clinical examination — testing pain-generating structures and observing your movement patterns.

  2. 2

    Clear explanation

We take time to educate you on the causes of the problem, answer your questions, and clearly explain how we will work together to resolve or improve the condition.

  3. 3

    Your personal plan

Hands-on treatment combined with active exercise therapy, plus the tools to self-manage your condition through an individualized treatment plan built around your needs and goals.
